We're One Animal AmongMany

George Lopez introduced PETA President Ingrid Newkirk, who explained, “PETA’s philosophy is that we are one animal among many. There aren’t animals and us. Humans are the 0.0000001% – the ones lucky enough not to be hunted, made into shoes, treated like things. So please, be outspoken and never let any cruelty go unchallenged, anywhere.”

Spoofing a retro TV infomercial, James Cromwell counted down PETA’s greatest vegan “hits.” “Love this one … ‘Felons Indicted,’” he deadpanned in his authentic DJ voice. “PETA’s investigations into pig breeding farms led to the first-ever felony indictments of farmworkers. That’s music to my ears!”
