Actor Evanna Lynch, aka “Luna Lovegood,” sent the president of Johns Hopkins University (JHU) a “howler” calling for an end to deadly brain experiments on barn owls. Sexually Abused Pony Rescued Just in the Nick of Time

The creators of a first-of-its-kind robotic dolphin that swims, squeaks, and acts just like a real dolphin have netted a PETA Innovator for Animals Award for paving the way for truly humane “dolphin encounters.” PETA has also collaborated with the robo-dolphin makers on an educational video for kids. PETA-supported Indian relief organization Animal Rahat found a female pony, Jaya, whose vulva had been stitched shut with heavy copper wire in a grotesque attempt to prevent mating.
